Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

• 50% payment required upfront to begin work
• 50% payment upon project completion
• For larger projects, milestone-based payments may be arranged

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Making payments according to the agreed schedule
• Providing feedback and decisions in a timely manner

Intellectual Property

Client Content

Clients retain ownership of all content, images, and materials they provide to us.

Deliverables

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Source code and design files will be provided upon request after project completion.

Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur additional charges. Significant changes to project scope may require a new agreement and additional fees.

Timelines

Project timelines are estimates based on the information provided. Delays caused by client feedback, content delays, or scope changes may extend the timeline. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.

Warranties and Guarantees

We guarantee that:

• Work will be performed in a professional manner
• Deliverables will be free from defects for the support period specified
• We will fix any bugs or errors during the support period

We do not guarantee specific business results, website traffic, or conversion rates.

Limitation of Liability

BengalTech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

Cancellation and Refunds

If a project is cancelled:

• Work completed up to the cancellation point will be billed
• No refunds will be provided for work already completed
• Any materials or deliverables created will be provided to the client

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and project details. We will not disclose client information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion, and if necessary, through the courts of Bangladesh.
